It's divided into two zones.  One large, one smaller.  Really though,
everyone I talk with around me is having problems with the heat and
the 25% rate hike that came earlier this year.  Another woman that I
was talking with said that her electric bill for her $1400 s.f house
went from the normal $120/month to over $300 the past two months.
