If only we could get people to believe that the concepts of "creation" 
and "evolution" can co-exist if you're willing to accept the fact that 
when the stories we read in the bible were first told and then later 
written down, there was absolutely no concept of science, and the 
thought of the earth predating mankind by billions of years was just 
plain inconceivable.

If you believe in God, then you can also believe that God created evolution.

And some schmuck a few thousand years ago wrote it down as if it had 
happened in a day.

I suppose it's blasphemy to say believe in God but to say that the earth 
was *NOT* created in a few days.

At least, not in "days" as we know them.
