I've used a number of remotes, including Sonys, Prontos, Harmony, etc. The Harmony line is pretty decent...but a bit constrained in how custom you can make it. You can't do any kind of custom macro for instance. The screen is pretty small as well. My personal favorite is the Universal Remote line. I have their Home Theater Master MX-700 remote. Got mine on Ebay since they generally aren't available to the public (only to custom HT installers) and can't say enough positive things about it. Awesome remote!
