I don't know about the exact number, but I was saying the same thing about
Baghdad. Put 100,000 troops in Baghdad and lock it down. I don't know about
the borders- that's a lot of territory to cover. But we need to seal off
Sadr from his Iranian sponsors.

Democracy is taking root, but security is what matters right now.
