And that to me is the single biggest failure of the Administration- the
failure to understand that Iran would spend tremendous resources to work
against us in Iraq and the rest of the Middle East. WIthout Iran's money,
Lebanon does not go up in flames, and Iraq is a much calmer place. Not that
either one would be perfect, but more manageable.
