Then it sounds like everyone's in agreement.  Haulers who charge what
the market will bear get work.  Those who don't, don't.

I pictured it in person ~6 weeks ago.  I'm sure plenty has been
cleared away, but even just from the freeway there was plenty left to
see when I was there.
