If the GOP tried it, Democrats would be howling. Right at the front of the
chorus would be Harry Reid, howling about corruption and abuse of power.
This little move is totally predictable and puts the Democrats in the worst
possible light just before the elections. This move is not about defending
truth, it is all about avoiding putting Democrats in a negative light just
before the mid-term elections. Of course, they have now managed to do
themselves even more damage. Remember the "culture of corruption"? This
little gem fits nicely under a headline reading, "Culture of Corruption
Extends to Democrats".
