My teenaged step daughter has free oil changes on her car. All she has to do is Take it to the dealership.
Now we all know that is a good deal and very easy to do. But now for her, for some reason, it is like pulling teeth. We basically had to Say "You either go NOW or I will take the car away from you for good". It was over the limit for the oil change by almost 2k miles. So that it would have Been ready for the next one. We had been after her for over a damn month to do it.
