Heh, reproach accepted, and good clarification.  My poorly stated
point was that we can engage in a fight and win it but:

1.) We don't have enough troops to then hold that territory, and
2.) We don't have enough troops to do that in multiple regions.

So I was more pointing out that urban fighting takes a LOT of troops.
