Read your original posting again. I did and I still don't see the
"second story". Your reference to it in a later post was missed in
the fray and I apologise for missing that link. However I still
restate my question - how can you draw a logical tie between the two
stories. If it's just on the "wow, that's way out there" concept then
I'll grant you that the firing of the art teacher and the concept of
Christian Jihadists are both "nutty".

But are they otherwise related, no. You have to this point provided
me with no proof that they are.

You can try to tie them together by location... oh wait, no that won't work:
"these are some of the activities at Pastor Becky Fischer's Bible camp
in North Dakota, "Kids on Fire,""

North Dakota is a LONG way away from Texas.

You might try to tie them together by religion but that wouldn't work
- unless there's been a huge change there are a lot of Pentecostals in
Northeast Texas. The activites mentioned at the camp (speaking in
tongues, weeping for salvation and encouraging the return of Christ)
are evangelical and Pentecostal.

And since schools and school districts are constantly working to
*remove* God from education (banning prayer in schools, taking out the
Pledge of Allegiance to name a few activities) I don't see why Frisco
ISD would be any different.

That's just my point, see my quote below
