We're getting a puppy, a Jack Russel Terrier. he'll be 6 weeks old when we pick him up (from a professional breeder). What kind of dog food should we get? Will he be able to eat the hard dog food, or should we get the soft dog food? What brands would you suggest. As far as dental hygiene, do you actually brush the dogs teeth or just get those treats that are suppose to work? This is my wife's and mine first dog together.
