What's not peaceful about burnign the flag?  Maybe the anger it incites 
in the people who OPPOSE the flag burning.  But not the flag burning 
itself.  KKK rallies are generally "peaceful" too until people start 
throwing stuff at them and a riot breaks out.

The flag burner isn't hurting anyone.  Burning a flag isn't violent or 
physically harmful.

And don't give me that "starting an open fire in an inappropriate place" 
crap.  That's just posturing.
