If you are looking out a few years, why not do both? And do Flex, I agree
with Rick, that's the way to go. I like the idea of moving up the food
chain, and Flex is definitely "up the food chain" compared to generic
..NET/Java development. Of course, you could end up doing Java and Flex
together, which seems to be quite popular in big companies...
