I feel it was an unwarranted personal attack. Especially since he's been so well behaved. Don't poke the bear they say.
Now in my defense, if you don't understand the info at hand that doesn't mean it's irrelevant. The link I provided has a whole section devoted to Gray Davis, but it's not even needed since everyone knows the rolling blackouts are the reason Arnold is Governor and Gray Davis is not.
