I looked at it once about six years ago and was quite wary of it. I don't remember what it was I didn't like about it but this was just after I worked in the insurance field so I may have had good reason. I vaguely recall hearing rumors they did not pay well on claims (?) This should be reflected in a rating somewhere, (is it Bests'?).
Someone on ths list, perhaps Jim Davis, worked or used to work for a large insurer (Metlife?) and can perhaps be less vague.
