If he means it, and we get away from this PC war shit, and change the ROE 
and stop charging Soldiers and Marines with crimes for doing their jobs 
there might be a chance.

I like that he is specifically targeting the groups and nations that are 
heavily supplying equipment and fighters to the enemy, however, I think it's 
too little too late.

We need to hammer these people, and I don't see how adding one division is 
going to accomplish that goal.
