Yeah, no doubt there. The Nixon-Kennedy was probably the beginning. Photogenic and articulate is definitely required. It's not PC (and many here think self indulgent of me, but it's not!) but it makes me wonder how anyone liked Bush. Sure he's folksy, but President??
