A "suitcase college" is one where a the majority of students go home every
weekend and no-one there really sticks around, meaning you don't really get
the entire college experience.

A "community college" is... Well, I am guessing you know what that is.

I guess I got the description a little off, but what I mean to say that
people who don't participate in the college experience really might as well
just do the whole thing online.
