Wow! You're super active. So what are the symptoms of the pinched nerve?

I had a really strange thing happen which may be man-related, I dunno.
Here's my story: my water heater went out and I had to help the guy
carry it up the stairs in my house.

During that activity, I felt something pull in my lower left back, but
didn't have any immediate lingering effects that I could tell. I had
also tried jogging earlier that month which had gave me terrible lower
back pain so I quit that.

Anyway, about a week after the water heater thing it started feeling a
pain ... in my ... "swimsuit area". It felt like my undies were too
tight or something. I feared for the worst and went to the doctor.
He said it was nerve related from the lower back pull. I'm still not
sure that was totally it, but he was right that within a week the pain
went away.

It's come back a little here and there with exertion, but not much
since. It was the weirdest thing ... I still hoping it's not anything
serious. Sucks to get old I guess.

Anyway I was wonder what your symptoms were cause I've had lower back
pain a lot, and was layed up once for a month, but this was "front"
related - inner thighs.
