Makes me wonder if there is some group of the citizen population that actually grew up thinking there is no right of habeus corpus in the US? (oh and yes, I did consider racial groups before I made that statement) Or did somebody just wake up one day and say, "hey! I've got an idea!" This all reminds me of the old Smothers Brothers comedy bit about Freedom of Speech--when CBS was censoring their program--the jist of it was, there may be freedom of speech, but nobody granted the Freedom of Hearing... honestly, I ran this past my Dad who is (with his law degree) the king of 'if it is not expressly granted it is forbidden' and even _he_ (staunch conservative that he is) thinks Gonzales is way off on this one. -- will "If my life weren't funny, it would just be true; and that would just be unacceptable." - Carrie Fisher ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Upgrade to Adobe ColdFusion MX7 Experience Flex 2 & MX7 integration & create powerful cross-platform RIAs http:http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;56760587;14748456;a?http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/?sdid=LVNU Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:225859 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
