Well it would seem that Scooter is still lying according to Judy
Miller: her testimony basically says that he knew about Plame before
he says he did.  If that turns out to be the case then he will
rightfully be convicted and he can forget about a pardon; he's now
enemy #1 with the Whitehouse.

As for the whole Plame affair as a whole, the most interesting
lingering question is why Cheney commissioned a research trip, but
never got any report back.
