How does a 21 year old forget she owes four grand to settle a felony charge?
Are we sure she 'forgot'. I keep hearing that the warrant was the result of a paperwork mistake. That reads to me that maybe she did pay the restitution, but some court clerk did not process the paperwork correctly which eventually resulted in the warrant.
