"Not good science" you say ... hmmm ... so ... I could believe 2500+
scientists from 113 countries along with some of the world's largest
companies such as Alcoa, BP America, Caterpillar Inc., DuPont, FPL
Group, PNM Resources, and General Electric ...

or I could believe you. Who doesn't understand basic statistical
math, can't read a basic control chart, nor understand the concept of
acceleration.

I guess I would have to conclude that if good science smacked you in
the face you would look to see what Bush told you to do first.

Mmmm ... I'm gonna have to side with the scientists.

BTW - Guess who the largest emitter of Green House Gases is? The US.

Guess who's second? And looking to become number 1? China! They're
poised to take the number one spot by 2009. I wonder what their
scientists think?

Let's find out!
-------------------------------------------
Zou Ji, a climate policy expert at the People's University of China in
Beijing, said the national program [on climate change] will probably
set broad goals for emissions and coping with changing weather
patterns.

The plan showed that China was sharing deepening global alarm that
greenhouse gases from factories, power plants and vehicles are lifting
average temperatures and will seriously, perhaps calamitously, alter
the world's climate, said Zou.

Pan Yue, a deputy minister of China's State Environmental Protection
Administration, said wealthy countries bore most responsibility for
cutting emissions but added that China would contribute, the China
Business News reported.

"As a responsible great power, China won't evade its duty," Pan told the paper.
