Valid point. And interesting. Remember "Save the Whales"?

There's really quite a bit going on at any given moment.

Why do we focus on such a narrow view?

Did you know that: ( http://www.amref.org/ )
*Malaria is the most important parasitic disease in the world*. It kills
3,000 children every day and more than one million each year. The majority
of these deaths occur among children under five years of age and pregnant
women in sub-Saharan Africa. The clinical disease burden is especially high
among these two groups as a result of immature and weakened immunity
respectively.

The CDC puts it between 700,000 and 2.7 mil a year. 3,000 a day.

That trips me out. Now, there's the whole population issue, which this
helps abate.... rough tho! =]

Just think it's strange is all...
:D
