Hey all, My current project is almost complete and I am going to have my contract extended for another 7-8 months for a HUGE project. I will be wearing many hats (project manager, business analyst, requirements gatherer and coder). While I have had great success in small projects, I have never really performed all aspects of project development for something this large. I have checked on-line for project management techniques and such, but what I would like from you all is links or book recommendations that you guys/gals have found to be most useful. Anything relating to good project management and business analysis would be great.
