Unfortunately I am solo. I am responsible for the DB design, site look and feel as well as server side code. I am the only one in this department of 4 that knows ColdFusion (or any programming really). There is a support person here who is learning CF though. She is going through my code that I have written for this election application and learning that way. Fortunately since they are extending my contract I will be here to support my current app in the event she does not know how to fix anything that may break so I can hold her hand along the way. She also has my CFWACK book to learn by.
