Adminstration or not. And saying that if Clinton thought that signing
statements were ok, correct me if I am wrong, but he didn't put them
on everything did he?

This administration *is* unique in its thirst for power. Anyone who
gets to be president wants to be powerful, or they would not put
themselves through tthe process, but it is in *this* administration
that we have seem multi-year lawsuits over refusals to make mandated
diclosures, over refusals to comply wiht even the most trivial judical
review, over little technicalites like whether they really can throw
someone in jail forever without stating a reason, over redefining
revironmental controls to ensure oil company profits, and over whether
he can on his own authority send the nation's young people to die
without ever giving a reason.

Sam is pulling out his patented Clinton did it too defense, and I am
not buying it.
