Let me explain how the laws of our country work. Starts with the
constitution. It gives the president final say over a bill. If someone
were to say that's not the case they would bring it up in a court of
law and it would be determined constitutional or not. IF nobody
challenges it's legality it's legal. See if it wasn't legal it would
be challenged and decided it's not legal. Got it?

And has not deemed it unconstitutional.

First you said it wasn't legal and I proved it was. Then you wanted a
supporting point of view and I provided them. Then you wanted someone
not part of this administration to support it and I gave you two
Supreme Court judges. Now you want case law even though the standing
law was never ever challenged in over 200 years. How can there be case
law on an issue that was never presented to the courts?
