Clearly no.  In the generic homogeneous nanny-state
everybody-is-a-moron world the professor is only allowed to teach the
very generic levels of economics.

Even teaching supply-side could be considered "political" because
economics is not definitive; therefore if you did teach supply-side
you'd need to teach every other economics theory in existence to make
sure you weren't biased.  You'd need sign off from every group who
cares to worry about it and you wouldn't be allowed to have a
classroom opinion.
