Lying to federal prosecutors to delay, hinder, misdirect, obfuscate or stop a federal investigation is a crime and that's what Libby has been indicted and convicted of. I guess I'm curious about your dysfunction though ... is it your view that the jury who unanimously convicted him are ALL purposely ignoring the law to pursue a political punishment rather than criminal punishment? If that's the case then wouldn't you want to rip apart his 11 lawyers and call for a mistrail due to an incompetent defenese?
