I do not think that having your right to bear arms revoked if you are caught
committing a crime using a gun is unconstitutional. To me, although owning
guns is a constitutional right, I believe that the framers intended this to
apply to honest folks and not criminals. Of course it was a totally
different world back then. I wonder how they would have worded the
constitution if they had the problems we have today.
