Guns in NO caused more harm then good? Now lets look back on this. A great many of the supposed crimes that were being reported just after Katrina have been found to be false.
Also, there were citizens who were able to protect their homes and businesses when the packs of looters started running around. The same can be said about the King riots in LA.
