::shrug:: I'm thinking it's a musunderstanding. My first thought was why are they doing a "routine boarding" in Iranian waters, which was probably why they were seized. THe Navy captain was ill-informed.
The captain of the ship, or whatever his rank is, whill find out he was wrong and that Tehran was aware of these operations and wanted them, the Iranians will apologize, the sailors will be released and all will be well.
