Not just pass the test, I can do that now.

More get in shape to do the job again.

That's less about endurance than strength, at least for me.  Road
marching, carrying heavy crap and jumping out of planes with my body
weight strapped to my back :)

However I'd really like to find the full body fitness I had back then.
Christ just remembering my abs pecks and lats almost makes me want to
cry.

of cardio, bike, kickboxing (great cartharsis), run. Supplement with
"greens", algae etc. Look at Randy Couture's regimine, his cardio is
through
the roof.
