It takes a while. You have to create your own routine and time periods. Its easy to overwork since you don't have that commute.
Set up your work schedule and stick to it. Start Time, Lunch Time, Break Times, End Time. Make sure you make time to do things for yourself such as working out. Do not answer emails and turn off your work IMs at the end of the day (or make yourself invisible to your co-workers). Make sure people at work know your schedule.
