Ditto what Sandra said.
And on the flip side, make sure your family knows that when you're working
you're AT WORK, just like you would be AT WORK if you physically went to an
office.
That means email and phone calls to a minimum (emergencies only), no leaving
the "office" to babysit or hang out, no taking a quick moment to "do me a
favor and look this up online cuz my Internet is down." It's been almost a
year for me and I'm STILL working on my family's perception that, just
because I work at home, I have all this free time on my hands (my husband is
the worst about this) and can just drop everything at a moment's notice.
At the same time, I do try to work down time into my days -- times when I
let myself off the work hook to do housework or catch up on a show or run an
errand. I make that up during other times of the day or week. I run my own
business, though. If you work at home for a company your situation may be
different. But I remember having the same feeling -- a need to account for
every second ("must get 8 hours in every day, no matter what") and, yeah, it
was stressful. I guess I just got into a groove that worked for me after a
while and that kind of stress just went away (to be replaced by other kinds
of stress, of course!).

It takes a while. You have to create your own routine and time periods.
Its easy to overwork since you don't have that commute.
Set up your work schedule and stick to it. Start Time, Lunch Time, Break
Times, End Time. Make sure you make time to do things for yourself such as
working out. Do not answer emails and turn off your work IMs at the end of
the day (or make yourself invisible to your co-workers). Make sure people
at work know your schedule.
