Here's the problem that I'm dealing with.... The US, while it has no official language, is a predominantly english speaking country. To a certain extent I'm worried about the tables turning and suddenly finding myself speaking english in a Spanish speaking country...
I think that there should be a requirement for citizenship that you speak functional english. What people do in there own homes is there own business, if they want to speak their native language.
