Just about any weightlifter will tell you that you have to eat meat to gain muscle and my experience confirms this. I've tried solely whey protein and, while I can maintain muscle, I can't really increase. When I eat meat I can up my weight 5% per week which is pretty shocking. On whey I'll go a month with no increase. So I dunno exactly what the mechanism is, but the human body seems to really like meat when trying to build muscle. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Upgrade to Adobe ColdFusion MX7 Experience Flex 2 & MX7 integration & create powerful cross-platform RIAs http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/?sdid=RVJQ Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:234384 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
