- bathroom needs to be sanded down, primed and painted. - still need to do the quarter round in the kitchen - kitchen door leading to the garage is cracked. Needs to be replaced or repaired. - weird smell coming from basement room. Might be mold? - exterior basement wall needs to be repainted - extra bedroom is a disaster area - front porch pylons need painting - roof overhang near garage needs to be repainted
