Yup. For about 20 years I was an avid fisherman, including fly fishing. I've hunted deer, birds (phesant, grouse, etc) as well as rabbits, squirrels, and other varmits as a kid. I grew up in MN and, yup, it's a way of life here. What I'm saying is that it's an ignorant and demented way of life. It encourages the torture and killing of an animal for pleasure. It glorifies it. In this particular case, the torture party was in a wildlife "preserve" and multiple hunters could've put down the animal immediately but instead chose to let this kid torture the animal. What heroes. So, yeah, I've done plenty of killin' myself. And I don't anymore because I grew up mentally.
