Dude, I am so sorry. I know how you feel and what you are going through. I had to do the same thing. Buttercup was the best damned dog I ever had and when I had to make that decision (she was only 5 years old), I was torn up bad. I never thought that I could cry over an animal, but I was wrong. I guess that is why I never got another dog. I do not want to go through that again. She was family. She went everywhere I went. I am getting weepy eyes so I am going to finish.
