Sorry to hear that. Losing a family member is never easy. :( When we put my
first real dog lady to sleep i was 17. I skipped school to goto the vet and
be with my dog and my big brother while she was put to sleep. I figured my
dad would be mad at me for skipping but he said it was ok.

He's in alot of pain and you're doing the right thing. Are you going to take
the remains and bury them yourself?
