After months and months of rehab, I finally did another triathlon race
this weekend. I'm not in nearly as good of shape as I was last year at
this time, but I have one distinct advantage - a new bike. So, I
bested my time by about 5 minutes. Woot!

For a 1/4 mile swim, 15 mile bike, 5k run - I finished in 1:31:48. I
could have done better, but I super overheated on the run. I had goose
bumps and chills - not a good sign. So, I had to take several walk
breaks to get my heart rate down. Ah well. I'm all addicted again now
and want to do more, more, more!

So, Erika - how's the running? Anyone else shooting for any feats of
athleticism this summer?
