Nope, I work in a state agency that needs and uses Oracle and ERSI enterprise applications that run in the tens and hundreds of thousands per license so they consider eight thousand per CF server a bargain. Luckily I do not need to convince them that CF 8 is too cheap to be good enough for enterprise, which I have heard in the past. Also they get the subscription here so upgrades are easy to get.
