Have your regular :
Who am I, where I am going, what I have done, what I would do if... answers
ready, but not rehearsed (make the answer sound natural)

Be ready to explain EVERYTHING on your resume and be able to pull up web
examples of your work.  (have user/pass available if you need them)

Try very hard not to point out the Homo Erotic art/fountain they have on
their home page.  

If you have any experience at all with Section 508 web standards
(accessibility to people with special needs) bring it up in the interview.
If you don't, don't mention it.  (their pages don't pass simple tests)  If
they bring it up, always let them know that you are willing to learn.
