Oh yeah, I forgot something: Before the interview, be at least 15 minutes early, for the 'just in case' scenarios of any time-related situation. (no parking spaces, can't find the correct building, etc)
If you want to know how the interview has gone for them, toward the end of the interview insert this statement and question to them. "I believe that I am a good fit for this position... ....how do you see the fit?" This gives them the opportunity to either agree, or to state what they need more information on. And do not forget the all important 'follow-up' letter. These days it can be sent by e-mail, but send a brief letter thanking them for the interview, indicating a positive experience about the interview (was the interviewer upbeat, sympathetic, encouraging, insightful), and state your interest in the position.
