Oh yeah, I forgot something:

Before the interview, be at least 15 minutes early, for the 'just in case'
scenarios of any time-related situation. (no parking spaces, can't find the
correct building, etc)

If you want to know how the interview has gone for them, toward the end of
the interview insert this statement and question to them.

"I believe that I am a good fit for this position...
....how do you see the fit?"

This gives them the opportunity to either agree, or to state what they need
more information on.

And do not forget the all important 'follow-up' letter. These days it can
be sent by e-mail, but send a brief letter thanking them for the interview,
indicating a positive experience about the interview (was the interviewer
upbeat, sympathetic, encouraging, insightful), and state your interest in
the position.

Have your regular :
Who am I, where I am going, what I have done, what I would do if... answers
ready, but not rehearsed (make the answer sound natural)

Be ready to explain EVERYTHING on your resume and be able to pull up web
examples of your work. (have user/pass available if you need them)

Try very hard not to point out the Homo Erotic art/fountain they have on
their home page.

If you have any experience at all with Section 508 web standards
(accessibility to people with special needs) bring it up in the interview.
If you don't, don't mention it. (their pages don't pass simple tests) If
they bring it up, always let them know that you are willing to learn.

Hope this helps

William

You could tell them that ColdFusion is not spelled "Cold Fusion" on
their resources page :)
