Windows Movie Maker is pretty cool for basic stuff but I would second
Pinnacle. It is a little more robust and they have the whole DVD
authoring that lets you create menus and stuff and really get
creative.


Of course you can use this as an excuse to get a Mac and use iMovie
which IMHO is dA bomb!
