The sad truth: it did, along with other, much worse things. It being the weekend and all, I do not care to point to a few. While it is nice to try and instill some values in youth, there are no guarantees in life and some people are just weak by nature. Reading that story, I saw a completely antisocial personality incapable of any sympathy for the poor person dying on her car.
