Yes I saw that once it came through. I ended up digging for the actual story
in the directory that the original article pointed to, copied and pasted the
URL from the browser into the email and got this:

http://www.comcast.net/smedia/asiawire_2002_03_10_asian_1411-0392-US-Nuclear
3rdLd-Writethru..html

The unbroken URL actually works. However in the email that was sent from
CF-community was broken. Go figure.
