No we do not have enough to do this, which is why we need them. Yes, the 
Army met it goals last fiscal year, but that is just enough to replace 
the ones who get out as well as build up the two new units that were 
added are are either on their way or are already in Iraq. The Army is 
still trying to add 7 more BCT's to the ranks over the next few years. 
That is going to take a while. And when they do increase the numbers, 
that does not increase the number of troops that are over there, it just 
gives them more people to use for rotations, the end result being that 
units returning from deployment will be able to stay home longer.
